HOPE Initiatives, CDC is a membership organization with 501(c)3, tax exempt designation. General membership of HOPE Initiatives is free, and is open to individuals, churches, religious organizations or associations interested in fulfilling the purposes of the organization. If you are interested in getting involved in HOPE Initiatives, please call us to reqeust a membership form, which can be faxed or mailed back to HOPE Initiatives.
